It's A Sale!

Whenever someone buys something from Lotusland Fine Arts & Crafts, I celebrate. Here I am doing something I love and sharing it with the rest of the world! Who says dreams cannot come true (with hard work and preparation)?

Yesterday someone in Chicago ordered a set of notecards featuring this closeup of a violin. I enjoyed carefully packaging the cards, writing a short thank-you note, and mailing them. I feel like I've sent a piece of my soul out into the world to brighten someone's day. That's what I want my life to be about.

Today I ordered a couple of 8.5x11 prints from Fotki, to check their print house's quality. I don't expect a problem, but if there is one, I will holler and find some other way to produce my fine art prints.

I have narrowed down my selection to the Weeping Willow, or the Parade. I'm not sure, but leaning toward the willow. I should be ordering something within the next week(ish) or so. :-) Cannot wait to receive it.
