Date: 2008-03-18 11:47 pm (UTC)I'm not all that surprised you need the antianxiety med. You were very worried about all of this, and the tests (and what could be found) did not help your worries. If you are prone to anxiety anyway, the antianxiety med is keeping your brain chemistry balanced so you don't go overboard with worry, which may exacerbate your symptoms...or at the very least, keep you from functioning and sleeping as well as you could be.
Feeling like yourself is a very good thing. :-)
