Things That Made Sense to Me Today

Today my brain was wrapped carefully in tissue paper, so very little got through to me. I think I have been dehydrated all day. I woke up feeling hung over, but I haven't had any alcohol in weeks. I got off to a slow start this morning and never hit top speed. The damp, grey weather didn't help, either. Despite all of this, I am pleased with some things:

1. I got a couple of pieces of very important paperwork signed, sealed, and delivered.
2. I am nearly done with PowerPoint 2003 Level 3 self-study and intend to be certified in Powerpoint 2003 by the end of this week.
3. Going to school does good things to my grey matter.
4. So does taking and posting pictures.

I have never seen swans like that. I thought they were geese!

And you reminded me, my intake of water has been pathetic today and I was getting a headache from it.

I didn't make the connection until I remembered the days I have alcohol tends to leave the same feeling in my head the next morning.

Oh, and those *are* geese. (Told you my brain isn't quite online, today!)

OK..I feel a little better about my ability to identify animals now. :-P They're beautiful, regardless of what they are.

I had my alcoholfest on Saturday, but maybe I'm just feeling delayed effects or something. I'm parched today though!
