Violin practice this morning has been postponed in favor of touring the Robert Frank exhibition with the incredibly talented alois. I'm excited about meeting him, and I'm excited about seeing Frank's work, whom I knew nothing about before looking him up last night.

Play nicely while I'm gone, and by all means check out alois' work!

I recently was able to catch a Robert Frank exhibition (it was downstairs from the Richard Avedon, Ansel Adams/Georgia O'Keefe exhibits) and it was really amazing. While it was really cool to see Adams' photos close up (which makes them even more lovley than in print and things, I was absolutely spellbound by Frank's work. I loved it!
