I went to her album release party in Hollywood! She performed for about 30 minutes and was absolutely phenomenal. So talented, she is.

I'm jealous! She is performing with Erykah Badu here in NYC, and I would love to see her. She's got quite a set of pipes on her. I like her versatility, too.

I haven't listened to Chrisette Michele's music outside of Epiphany, but I need to. She has a wonderful voice, too.

That song is amazing, especially when you consider the lyrics! I didn't get it until I watched the interviews that came with the iTunes deluxe version of the album; it's a song about balance and not letting other people's views of you get you off balance. Heaven knows I needed to be reminded of that. :-)
