Fascinating

Bodies was fascinating. I'm glad I finally got to see it...and with Dr. J, who surprised the mess outta me by calling on Sunday night to say he's in town from Ghana on business until the 10th. He was able to explain what I saw in far more detail than the information cards at each display. Then we had a relaxing dinner before we parted ways (so he could sleep off his jet lag, poor guy).

I shall now relax in the new year.

As much as I like technology, I was far more impressed with that detailed look at the human body. We are fascinating machines. Dr. J commented many times how this or that other part of the body is far more efficient than anything we have been able to create.

Yes, this is why I'm so interested in the human body itself. We are amazing.
