The Weekend: Opening Night

wlotusI have some extra-special photos to share later. But first, that photo post I promised from two days ago!
This is the weather that awaited us after the workday was done. Who wants to stay indoors on a day like this! Certainly not T and me. So, we hit The Village when T got out of work.
Riding the subway downtown sure does work up an appetite. Not long after we hit the street, we popped into Hummus Place for a bite to eat. There was hummus tahini and whole wheat pita bread; yum! There were also $3.50 drinks!

After all of that wonderful refreshment *ahem*, it was time to head to the pier to hang out and make photos.

We were not the only ones photographing the sunset.
