Well I believe there is something, some type of force or energy that keeps the world (all living things) in balance. I'm not really sure what. It's not a male or a female. We're all here for a reason and things happen for reasons. How much of that is controlled by something outside of us I don't know. Even when things seem destructive and out of control that force is still there somewhere.

And I do believe there is some type of afterlife or at least reincarnation.

I was raised Catholic btw for what that is worth.

Thank you for sharing that. I am exploring spirituality and where/whether it fits in my life in counseling, so this subject catches my eye more than usual, right now.
