Using What I've Got

The weather today was gorgeous, and I left my DSLR at home. I didn't miss a beat, though. Instead of mourning what I could not photograph, I whipped out my Blackberry and did what I could with what I had to work with. (The only alterations I made to these photos was adding my watermark.)

I love my Curve's camera. It's got a pretty darn good capture for just a camera phone. And it takes video!! Have you tried it yet?!

I used the video capability to capture the ice skaters at Rockefeller Center and Bryant Park this past Christmas. It's pretty cool!

If you're photographing in sunlight, the pictures tend to be sharp, with well saturated colors. Otherwise, the photo quality swiftly diminishes.
